No offence but it's kinda of boring to me. No much creativity in this pv.

I thought the PV was really elegant. I don't know the technicalities of filming, but I liked the editing, the choice of profiles, the lighting, etc. It was visually very smooth. I think, had the Mirrorcle World concept been given to this director, it would have turned out very beautiful. (I stand by the idea that He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named is a decent artistic director.)
The ink/goo was really interesting. Somehow it reminded me of this scene from a C-drama I watched a long time ago, where they said that once you make a mark on white paper with ink, it can never be reversed. I kind of felt like Ayu, all dolled up with the spotlight on her and dressed in white, was the moon, and this goo stuff, like pain, "eclipsed" her, so to speak. But no matter how much she'll try to clean up the ink later on, it's not going away completely. It leaves a mark that can't be completely removed. Well-done on the director's part. It's not the most innovative PV ever, but it's pleasant to watch and leaves a little room for interpretation. That's good enough for me. -shrug-

^oh...i love your point there...
i that's what ayu want to say, ink can't be erase by anything, no matter how hard she try to wipe it out, the ink is still there...

![]() I think that her lover and her broke up, so the black ink represents how she's nothing without him.

Well. the PV is obviously layered with symbolism that's gonna take a while to figure out. A few things that stood out to me were:
- "blood", which I believe is just red wine/ribena anyway gushing out of the goblet-alike thing in the room... - her fingers were bandaged/lace up for a reason. it's not symbolic; I think they just decided to use that since they cover her fingernails, and so they wouldn't get stained by the ink when it comes down - the ink scene is definitely a huge part; it definitely appears to be symbolic of the moon, though it might mean something else... - right at the end, we see past Ayu putting a full palm to the camera; in that time it was to mean "yay end of our video!" but I think in this current context, it really means something has ended - forever. This is quite a boring PV tbh; most of the scenes/feel were very reminiscent of Don't look back which could be good, but I think it only worked for a video with a plot like Don't look back, so yeah~ my 2 cents of thoughts ^^

My friend (also a fan) watched it and said "Whaaaaat?! Did she just stab herself?!" XP
I thought of it as the ink was her writing and it's consuming her as the ink pours over her head. And let's face it, her writing usually isn't exactly sunny. Even her happy songs usually have dark undertones. |

E? I can't understand why some people find it so boring! It's not the most eventful PV but the setting is wonderful, and her expressions are honest, so that should sort of be enough to keep you interested in what's happening, what she's feeling and what's around her.
I really love the PV; hell I really love this director now!
