If you ask me, that's not alot considering they have released 8 studio albums. They're one of the top selling groups in Taiwan and their second BEST album didn't debut on the top 10. Not to mention this wasn't the only example. Many famous singers in Taiwan don't sell well with their BEST albums. I can provide more examples if you're going to insist on this debate.

I'm wondering why we are comparing a Mandarin artist with a Japanese artist now. Can you give me a case where a popular Japanese artist in Taiwan hasn't done well with a BEST album?

He actually is doing fine in Taiwan. Name more than Hong Kong based singers that are doing better than him in Taiwan.

Yes. These were all factors that a Japanese BEST album sold more than his Mandarin album. Oh and you forgot that I mentioned that this was his first Mandarin album in 2 years and that he was on hiatus for a year.

I never doubted Ken's popularity. I said while the movie did increase his popularity he was pretty popular before the movie. Because of this increased popularity, and coupled with the fact that it was a BEST album, he sold well.

If you haven't noticed, I'm fully aware of this. Please don't state the obvious. And if you didn't know being a Cantonese singer does have
some effect on how successful you are in Taiwan.

So are you basing that off of one album? Or his entire Mandarin career? Can you find the post where I said that he's more popular than Ayu in Asia according to sales?
