I don' t know about that - but what I know about is that it's Ward Sexton who's narrating, (http://wardsexton.com/), the one that is well-known in the Resident Evil video game series, and he even also narrates for that TV show Music Station (you could even hear him in some parts of Music Station Super Lives for a while...)...
