The article is reporting Ayu's tweet, which she said that she still hasn't gotten better, but she's eating an ice cream called "shiro kuma" (which translates to white bear/polar bear) and that it's delicious, lol.

I don't know if I'd go that far. The people writing this are just creating stories so they can get some cash, and they chose a pretty benign topic to focus on.
