Oricon made a statement about the daily and weekly updates on Holidays...

【年末年始のランキング更新スケジュールに関して】
■週間ランキング
2013年度 年内最終更新日は2013年12月25日（水）となります。
2014年1月6日（月）に（集計期間：2013年12月23日～2013年12月29日）発表いたします 。

■デイリーランキング
2013年12月27日（金）～2014年1月5日（日）の期間中、デイリーランキングの発表を休止させて 頂きます。
休止期間のデイリーランキングは、2014年1月6日（月）に12月27日～31日付を、2014年1月7 日（火）に1月1日～5日付をそれぞれ発表いたします。

It basically says that from December 27 to January 5 they won't be updating the daily charts. On January 6 they will display daily rankings of Dec. 27 to 31. And on January 7 they will display daily rankings of Jan. 01 to 05.

The Week of December 23 to 29 will be updated only on January 6.
