It's her friend who posted the picture, she wanted to share this with her fans, but I don't think it is flattering to have it on wikipedia. But it's just my opinion, I don't want to creat some polemics!

I think Yu Kanazawa's been an Ayu staffer since last year or the end of 2010? She probably helps Ayu with beauty-related stuff since she seems to specialize in cosmetics and beauty products.

They don't ask the celebrities themselves for permission for their photos; it just has to be a photo that you either took yourself, was from a public source, or you have the permission to use from the original photographer.
