Yeah it's almost impossible for Ayu to get #1 against SMAP. And then next week AKB is releasing an album, so there goes any chances for a second week #1 haha.
But I honestly don't think this was any plan by Avex trying to get Ayu a #1 album, otherwise they would never have released it this week.
But it could be a long seller? Maybe one of the days could get a #1 position.
Does SMAP tend to be strong first day sellers but by 2nd and 3rd day they have a huge drop? Considering it has 4 editions I suppose that'll be the case, from all the pre-orders. Ayu also has this problem, but since it's a best album, it could chart much differently.
